HackMerced V

Installation

Install the following tools

1. Node.js
2. Yarn
3. MongoDB

Setup

1. Install all necessary libraries and dependencies to run the application locally run yarn setup
2. There are two options for running the application:
   1. To run the application in development mode: yarn dev
      1. If you update the client folder you will need to manually re-run the build script for the hot reload to work
         1. In a new terminal cd client && yarn build
   2. To run the application in production mode: yarn start

**If you mess up anything you can run yarn clean to do a hard reset and then run yarn setup followed by yarn dev
