Read a BeerXML file; produce an h-recipe-marked HTML5 recipe as output.

Quick hack that reads a BeerXML file and outputs an HTML5 version that is marked up with the h-recipe microformat. It requires pybeerxml to work. It’s primarily intended to help me avoid duplicate data entry for my own brewing blog.
