Rampingv3.ev3

Contains code for advanced MOVE Block which ramps speed up and down based on a cosine curve while following a target angle with the gyro sensor. NOTE: This is the first version using the cosine curve and the code is yet to be tested. Bug fixes by coming 7/15/19
