Use Genetic Algorithm to Teach Mario to Destroy the Game !!!

Installation

  • Download and extract all files.
  • Run EmuHawk.exe
  • Go to File > Open ROM and Choose Super Mario World (USA).sfc
  • (Optional to make training faster) Go to Config > Speed/Skip and Choose Speed 400%

Once at the Game you can try your luck at it.

Usage

Lets now check how good the computer can get,

The Computer will start to learn and play Mario

Result



After 16 generations with 100 different species, Mario finally learned to play the game.
