Vizuly Core Framework

These files comprise the vizuly core framework which is a lightweight factory that is used by Vizuly Components to generate public properties, events, styles, and change watchers.

This is relatively stable code that does not change much, as most code changes occurs in vizuly componenents themselves which can be found here:
