auxiliary scripts TDA - matlab and R

write_PDs_from_R_to_mat.m writes Persistent diagrams obtained from TDA-R to matlab as expected in this repository -https://github.com/rushilanirudh/pdsphere/tree/master/matlab for Mocap data.

hpc_get_pds_mocap.R - file would use slurm and TDA R -Will read a distance mat file of mocap data, extract its persistent diagram and writes in a mat file.
Use write_pds_from_R_to_mat.m to convert these mat files to a format as required

use this https://github.com/ctralie/Math412S2017.git to use ripser from matlab. Two main files are RIPSfiltrationDM.m and RipsFiltrationPC.m
