python3.9 -m pip install -r requirements.txt
Setting up config file

Fill up rest of the fields. Meaning of each fields are described below:
- tags: write here your custom filter like I did in config_example.yaml
- mongodb_url: Your MongoDB-URL
- token: Your telegram bot token
- api_id: Your telegram api id from my.telegram.org
- api_hash: Your telegram api hash from my.telegram.org
- channel: Your channel/group id
