Minimal implementation of the PRPL pattern

Setup

npm install

Quick start

npm run build && npm run start
open a browser to localhost:8000 and perform following actions:
- Extract CSS used
- Extract critical CSS
- Extract static HTML
npm run build again to complete the dist build
go back to browser and browse Dist to test the final result
