Build info

The softwares used to build Gitea have changes of their own from time to time. Unless explicitly commented or noted, these Gitea builds use the following versions of software:

1. Go v1.14 (DL)
2. Gnumake v4.3 (DL)
3. Nodejs v13.10.1 (DL)
4. Npm v6.13.7 (Included with Nodejs)
5. Git-Scm v2.25.1.windows.1 (DL)

Note: if you used any version of Nodejs < v13.8.0 or < v12.15.0, you are vulnerable! Changelog for 13 or 12 explains it.
