In this Medical Imaging Modalities Report for Brain Neurological Disorders, the discussion of pathologies for Drug Abuse, Epilepsy, Dementia, Alzheimer’s disease and Parkinson’s Disease, and their respective imaging modalities will be looked at.
Based on the range of different modalities, research on each chosen disorder and available modalities will be compared, a demonstration of image processing using 3D slicer and Matlab will be carried out, using DICOM volumes and available resources.
