Export/import magazine/DVD tool for Need for Speed Underground 2 (NFSU2)
Tool for exporting magazine and DVD files for Need for Speed Underground 2 to PNG, as well as importing PNG in the magazines for viewing custom content in the game.
The magazines themselves are 512x512, consisting of a header + BGRA (8-bit channel) colour array. In addition, array needs to be circular shifted left by 9 pixels.
Not much is known of the header itself.
