Computer Character Error Rate For Automatic Speech Recognition System (ASR)

This repository contains necessary to approximate the CER of a transcript. First, it computes the minimum-edit distance between the ground-truth sentence and the hypothesis sentence of a speech-to-text.

Requirments

First install editdistance packages using pip

pip install editdistance
