Workflow todo:

1. download eversense and eversense now apps
2. create user account
3. add a follower account. invite via email
4. login as follower via eversense now app
5. Setup alexa skill, follow dexcom example

path of least code is to manually execute the get user id by email,
to get user id and follower id to hardcode into skill and make one call to get values
need to hash and binary encode passwords.
