SIP3 Parent POM
This POM is the common parent of all of the SIP3 components. Most of its contents are pinning down version numbers of SIP3 depedencies.
Before starting with sip3-parent, make sure you have installed:
To install sip3-parent to local Maven repository run the following command:
mvn clean install
