It works on the most recent tweets published by people or companies with public relevance in social media, and the replies associated with them, to analyze the associated sentiments or emotions.
Based on this analysis, it should be poosible to evaluate if the target account is in the verge of facing a PR crisis or is being attacked by internet trolls.
Moreover, future development can include tools to notify the account owner whenever there’s a possible crisis on the horizon and to allow the visualization of the historical data.
