Lockscreen wallpaper in Windows 8 and Windows 10 does not "stretch" to the proportions of the primary monitor. Group policy only allows for the configuration of a single lockscreen wallpaper; It doesn't have any type of matching that will select an appropriate size of aspect ratio for a specific monitor. This makes wallpaper in mixed environments inconsistent. This script and tutorial fixes these issues with Group Policy Prefrences, Group Policy, and a Powershell-based startup script that picks the right wallpaper for the lockscreen, based upon screen size settings stored in the Windows registry.
